MuxTool
Payment
MuxTool accepts online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
The payment will only be charged to your account once physical goods have been dispatched or digital products have been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the order.
Temporary Reservations
When using a debit or credit card, the amount may be temporarily reserved.
The reservation will remain in place until the order has been processed and dispatched. If the order is cancelled, no funds will be charged. However, the reservation may still remain visible on your account for some time. Only your bank can release this reservation.
Currency and Tax
All prices on the website are inclusive of applicable sales tax, where required.
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Security
Payments are encrypted with SSL to protect against access by third parties.
Delivery
Delivery time: 15–30 working days
Carriers: Yanwen, Yun Express, Canada Post, DHL, UPS
Shipping costs: dependent on the weight of the product
Tracking: tracking information will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched
Return Policy / Right of Return
Return period: 14 days from the date of receipt
Return costs: borne by the customer
Conditions
The product may only be tested as it would be in a physical store.
Excessive use may reduce the value of the product. This may result in a partial refund or, in some cases, no refund.
Warranty — 2 Years
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
Defects must be reported within 1 month of discovery in order to qualify for free return shipping.
The warranty becomes void in the event of misuse of the product.

We do not sell or share any data with third parties.
Retention period: up to 5 years, with the option to request deletion.
Only necessary data, such as name, address, and contact details, are collected.
